Founded in 1925, The Children's Museum of Indianapolis is a nonprofit institution committed to creating extraordinary family learning experiences that have the power to transform the lives of children and families. With a 472,900 square-foot facility situated on 29 acres, it is the largest children’s museum in the world.  

EPI is a non-profit organization dedicated to developing place-based, ecological education partnerships between local experts and high school students to address critical conservation issues. We engage youth from local communities and the United States in conservation as they learn about and help protect threatened species and habitats.

EPI’s vision is to create an ecologically literate society where the world’s youth are empowered to take an active role in conservation. EPI’s mission is to improve and inspire science education and conservation efforts worldwide through field-based student-scientist partnerships.

In 1994, Peter Sommer walked 2,000 miles across Turkey, retracing the route of Alexander the Great, and in the process fell in love with the country, its ancient civilizations, and the Turkish people. An award-winning UK-based tour operator they specialize in cultural tours, gulet cruises and private charters in Croatia, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Turkey and the UK. Their expertise stems from an intimate knowledge of these areas - their geography, history, people, and much more. In 2016 they were named Tour Operator of the Year by AITO (the UK’s Association of Independent Tour Operators) because of their exceptional customer feedback.

They offer a wide range of scheduled archaeological tours, family tours, food tours and walking tours in Croatia, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Turkey and the UK. They also offer tailor-made tours by land as well as private gulet charters. A small family run firm, they take pride in our personal approach, treating our customers as guests with extra special care - before, during, and after a tour.

 Small group travel is all that we do – just 12 to 24 guests on our own custom-designed tours. And it’s all we’ve ever done, from the beginning.

Because our company originated with the small group travel experience, the small group philosophy means a lot to us. It is built into the very foundation of our company, of our mission, and of every tour that we offer. We design and operate our tours specifically for small groups, rather than adapt a conventional tour to take fewer guests, as do some other travel companies that recently have introduced small group tours to their standard tour line-up.
